Chris R. Fuhrman
Owner
Mr. Fuhrman is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, receiving the Distinguished Chef Scholarship for two consecutive years.

Mr. Fuhrman is most notably recognized as the CEO of Bin 73, an upscale wine bar and restaurant located in Oklahoma City. He is also the owner and President of Seasonal Cellars & Spirits, a retailer of fine wines and spirits in Oklahoma City. Prior to developing his own companies, Mr. Fuhrman was associated with Houston’s Restaurants, Inc., a nationwide chain of upscale restaurants based in Phoenix, AZ. While with Houston’s as a Senior Manager, he grew the Dallas locations into anchor locations for the company. As a founding partner with University Food Solutions, Mr. Fuhrman holds a vast knowledge in Greek Kitchen menu planning and kitchen management.

Brian S. Ferguson
Owner
A graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Ferguson has worked in corporate operations, customer management, and marketing for clients across the country. After developing a small Texas based media company, Mr. Ferguson worked for marketing and advertising agencies on accounts such as Pizza Hut, California Pizza Kitchen, KFC, Express Personnel and others. In addition to serving for 8 years as Senior Marketing Manager for the 5th largest wireless provider in the country, he has consulted for fine restaurants in both Oklahoma, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Most recently a partner with University Food Solutions, Mr. Ferguson has experience in all areas of fraternity/sorority life, traditions, and kitchen operations.
