SERVICE LEVELS

All of our service levels are designed to develop and manage a kitchen process that meets your needs. For most customers, you can expect a Benchmark Cook on site, with the support needed, to properly run your kitchen and service your members. From hot meals and beverages to staffing and hours, we work closely with customers to mix and match our services to fit house budgets and needs. To help define individual house needs, we provide three levels as a starting point for discussions and pricing.

Café Services
As our base level of service, Café provides houses with excellent food and service, while maximizing a house budget. By utilizing a shared cook, generic food brands, and a larger amount of frozen and prepared foods, UFS is able to help control costs, yet offer a wide variety of meals. Services typically include a continental breakfast, hot & cold lunches, a hot dinner, milk, tea and coffee.

Bistro Services
Our most popular service, Bistro offers a well-rounded menu with a dedicated cook working in your own kitchen. Foods can include name brand foods, snacks, fresh meats, fresh veggies, fruits and more. Services typically include hot or continental breakfasts, hot lunches, hot dinner, between meal snacks, a 10 item salad bar, juice, milk, coffee, and tea.

4 Star Services
For those who want everything and then some, our 4-star services are like having a restaurant in your house. Our experienced chefs will prepare hot breakfast every day and two meal options for both lunch and dinner. This service will provide specialtiy salads, salad bar, entrees, sides, breads, and deserts for both lunch and dinner. Our chef will use premium ingredients and can make adjustments on the fly to fit the needs of your house.
